Back in the mid-90s I discovered country music. I come from a very uncountry city. Wade Hayes' What I Meant to Say was one of the first videos I saw on CMT and it caught my attention. Loved This guy's voice! I have been an avid fan of Wade's ever since. I was saddened when I heard he was dropped by his record label, and then again after he formed McHayes, before the CD was even released. What a loss to the country music world. After 10 years, Wade finally has a new CD out, but still no record label. It is so good to hear him putting his voice on new stuff again. I had the chance to see him perform a few times at CMT Fan Fest this year in Nashville and he was just awesome! I hope that radio and the music world take notice of this guy, his talent at singing, and guitar is inspiring to hear and see!
